My goal is to make therapy feel safe, collaborative, and deeply human. In our work together, I focus on helping you strengthen coping skills, regulate emotions, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been lost along the way. I aim to create a space that meets you where you are and supports the version of you that’s still growing.
