I provide a safe space for you to share your feelings and beliefs and help you get curious about where they come from. I provide clients with psychoeducation to better understand their diagnosis or symptoms. In sessions, I like to build on existing strengths and examine where we can add in additional supports.

Explore what's been working for you and what hasn't. We'll explore the needs behind your feelings and what we can learn from them. We'll learn why we react the way we do and coping skills that feel honest and authentic to who you are. We'll also examine any barriers that might be stopping you from engaging in things you find meaningful and valuable.

My clients would describe me as warm, empathetic, and curious. I will meet you where you're at and work with you on what your priorities are in session whether that is long-term goals or current stressors affecting you.
