I work with teens and women who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in self-doubt, or burnt out from trying to keep everyone else happy. Whether it’s relationship stress, big life changes, or just feeling lost — we work together to help you feel more confident, connected, and like yourself again.

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to feel weighed down by anxiety, self-doubt, and complicated relationships. Those feelings can be a lot — and no one should have to navigate them alone. I’m here to help others untangle the overwhelm, build self-trust, and feel more at home in who they are.

I truly believe therapy can support anyone. It offers a safe, judgment-free space to explore your feelings and take care of you. I created Wild Lilac Counseling with that in mind—and for a personal touch, the name includes my twins’ initials, a small but meaningful piece of my heart in this work.
