My approach is eclectic. I have a lot of experience, and the number one thing it has told me is cookie cutter approaches have no place in therapy. I am client-centered and, admittedly, confident in what I know. The goal of my approach is to blend your expertise of yourself with my expertise of therapy and help you work toward where you want to be!

Talk about you and your experiences, learn about the body and brain and how they interact, explore connections you may not have seen previously, and work toward your goals. Initial sessions are all about me learning about you and us discussing a plan moving forward.

Kind, funny, understanding, and caring. I believe you're the expert of yourself and I plan to keep you in that spot. As we work together, my focus is providing a space that is engaging, supportive, and the least miserable it can be even when we're working on the hard stuff.

My specialties include OCD, trauma, anxiety disorders, and aging concerns. If you are in the midst of a life transition, hard stressors, trying to understand your past, or trying to make sense of your present, I'd love to work with you.

I am a therapist because seeing therapists changed my life. I had a terrible experience with OCD growing up, and being in therapy is what helped more than anything. I want to help others experiencing hurt and confusion about their lives to find some peace and udnerstanding.

I started a private practice last year after being in Community Mental Health for 4 years. I am honored to provide a space to my fellow Oklahomans to process life and its experiences.
