I specialize in helping you overcome your inner critic who is attacking your sense of worth. I work with people wanting to overcome binge eating and/or substance addictions. I am working on being a certified Intuitive Eating therapist.

I became a therapist because:

I had my own therapy path that lead me to wanting to be that for others. In a sense, I want to be the catalyst for hope for someone.
