I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused- CBT, solution-focused, and family systems approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. I create a supportive and collaborative environment that promotes self-awareness, emotional growth, and practical skill-building to help clients navigate challenges and achieve lasting positive change.

I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. I also have experience supporting children and families involved in Oklahoma DHS and foster care. My background includes experience as a C.A.S.A., family advocate, and foster care/ adoption support.
