I offer flexible appointments, including evenings and weekends, and sliding-scale payment to support client accessibility. With 15+ years of experience as a counselor educator, I use my knowledge and skills to help clients who are experiencing anxiety and relationship barriers. I work through an attachment-based lens.

Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded. Our sessions are designed to provide both structure and space for the work.

I work with couples and individuals who are navigating relationship barriers, such as communication and connection. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other humanistic approaches to help clients understand patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

I believe that connection and safety are the two most important gifts that we share as humans. I am grateful to work with couples and individuals to help them find their path to both.

I have taught in counselor education programs, worked as a school counselor, and now as an associate licensed clinician for the state of OR. I have been a full-time faculty member in OSU's Counseling program since 2014, where I teach counseling theories, development, and social justice, and supervise students in their fieldwork.
