In general, I tend to bring a a sense of hopefulness and safety to sessions. I help ground the space while keeping things on track in order to maintain focus of the greater issues. That is not to say I won't challenge couples or keep things completely calm. When we get into the muck of stuff, that is where we can find some gems.

understand the root of the issues, recognize patterns, work on repair, help to stabilize, and bring more connection into the space. With couples work, we focus on communication, conflict resolution, and work our way out from there. Any challenges you are facing individually or within the relationship, you are welcome to bring it to the space.
