My approach to therapy is a bottom- up approach meaning that we focus on what's happening in your body and central nervous system with the understanding that healing begins in the body. I work with clients to build safety and regulation within their body and that lays the foundation for all the other work we do.

Together we will slow things down and listen what your body is trying to tell you. We will work collaboratively and at your pace checking in along the way and adjusting where needed. I will stand beside my client as they navigate life's challenges, make sense of experiences, and work toward the changes they want for themselves.

Clients often share that they feel comfortable opening with me and appreciate my non-judgmental, affirming container I hold for them. I also love to work with clients and connect them with resources and am told I have an abundance of resources for different areas that they might need support in.
