My practice is approachable and collaborative with clients as they work towards their goals. I often work with people looking for therapy that feels approachable, experienced and encouraging instead of clinical and rigid. I believe that long-term change and healing happens in relationships that you feel safe and secure in and therapy is no exception.

I support my clients as they work through trauma or harmful past experiences, learn to manage their anxieties and relationships in healthier ways, change unhelpful interpersonal patterns, and heal the parts of themselves that feel stuck in cycles of hurt, neglect and shame.

My approach is to create a collaborative, affirming space where all identities and bodies are valued and respected. Clients have said they appreciate that my approach is compassionate, helpful, and encouraging.

I work with people who are wanting a supportive, affirming space where you can work through healing trauma, shifting negative inner narratives, the emotional weight of navigating grief or loss, or changing difficult relationship patterns.

I feel passionate about supporting people as they work to heal from the things that have caused them pain or feel burdensome in their lives so they can gain self-trust and cultivate a life that feels secure, fulfilling, and connective.

I use an integrative approach of relational therapy, interpersonal awareness techniques, regulation & coping tools, IFS/Parts Work, and narrative exposure tools. My therapeutic lens is rooted in attachment and systems. I work often with queer relationships, those in non-traditional & poly family structures, queer folks, and people that are neurodiverse.
