I employ a tailored combination of Somatic techniques, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing when working with each client. Together, we'll craft a personalized toolkit of coping skills to navigate life's challenges and celebrate its triumphs! I also believe in trauma informed care and cultural competency.

I strongly believe in the therapeutic benefits of nature and animals. Nature has a unique way of fostering healing and balance, so don't be surprised if I encourage you to spend time outdoors, keep a couple house plants, or share a hug with your pets as part of your care!
