I believe that my role is to provide a space for hope and growth, so that you can move through the world in a way that feels more authentic and in-line with your spirit and values.

I particularly enjoy focusing on identifying deeply ingrained patterns of behavior and exploring childhood experiences. I value incorporating laughter, celebration, and community-building, ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment for your journey.

I work with adults, integrating holistic somatic practices, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, and trauma work. Together, we co-create a space to learn, enhance self-efficacy, and practice embodiment exercises. Our sessions may include forms of movement or crafting if they suit your needs and preferences.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology & Chemistry from Midwestern State University and my Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University. My professional experience includes working with children and adults, as well as working in a Disability Resource Center.
