My approach is influenced by theories exploring childhood experiences, relational/cultural factors, and trauma. As an intern, my goal is to remain humble as I learn more every day.

Get a bird's eye view of what experiences, systems, and beliefs have shaped who you are today. From there, we will dive deeper into each of these areas to discover what patterns, feelings, and thoughts are working in your favor and which ones need healing, challenge, and change.
