My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I draw from mindfulness, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and parts work, and I hold a deep respect for your innate wisdom. Rather than trying to “fix” you, we work to understand your experience, approaching what arises with curiosity and compassion to support meaningful, lasting change.

In our work together, we create compassionate space for your present-moment experience while also gently exploring deeper patterns and relational dynamics that may be emerging from the past. Sessions weave reflection with practical support, allowing insight to translate into meaningful change in daily life.

I specialize in support for people as they move through significant life transitions, including motherhood and the postpartum period, grief and loss, the transition to college, or identity shifts shaped by stress or illness. These experiences can bring intense emotions and often feel isolating and disorienting.
