My clients often report benefitting from our results oriented approach to therapy. Together we will explore difficulties you are facing within yourself, in your social and intimate relationships, and in navigating within a complex world. Many leave reporting a more trusting and authentic connection with themselves.

Use a "whole-self" model to uncover internal resources for change. We will directly confront what is not working, uncover your strength and growth patterns, moving towards greater fulfillment in life and relationships.

Have found themselves stuck somewhere in life. They seek help navigating uncertainty, fear, self/other disappointment, numbness, and loss of hope. They want change but don't know how to find their signal among the noise.

I am invested in my clients and meant for this work. I am able to be empathetic and heart-connected, while maintaining logic and reason in support of my clients needs. I believe its my job to help my clients accurately identify their issues, establish goals for working together, and together, get to the root of their concerns.

I have significant life and personal growth experience. The classroom is only a small portion of my work. I've learned about people and systems working in education, sales and business, and personal and intimate relationships.
