Each session can be tailored to your unique needs to help you better recognize and care for yourself in different situations.

Together we will be curious about parts of yourself and work to understand them with compassion rather than judgement. These thoughts and behavioral patterns that may have served an important role once might need to be adapted to who you are now. Let's be curious about them rather than hard on ourselves.
