Together, we’ll clarify what matters most to you, what you’re struggling with, and the strengths you already have. From there, we’ll create a plan that helps you build healthier ways of thinking, relating, and coping while setting goals that feel realistic and achievable.

I support adults struggling with anxiety or feel overwhelmed by major life changes. Whether they're facing a career shift, adjusting to a relationship transition, grieving the loss of a beloved person or pet, or if "anxious and stressed" has just become the new normal, I help clients build the skills they need to feel empowered to create meaningful change.

I chose this work because I care deeply about people who are struggling in their lives. Like so many, I have known the pain of loss and experienced significant life transitions. Being able to create a safe space to support others as they process their own experiences, heal, and find solutions that promote positive change keeps me inspired each and every day.
