My practice is focused on helping unique individuals understand and accept themselves, manage anxiety and stress, and engage in healthy relationships. I support clients impacted by factors that not everyone understands - chronic illness, neurodivergence, religious trauma.

We'll work together to explore & better understand what's been impacting you, learn tools to manage challenging emotions & cope with difficult situations, build a better connection with yourself, and establish a path forward based on your unique needs, values, and goals.
