I specialize in working with people who:

Struggle with assertiveness and setting boundaries, adult children of alcoholics/immature parents, childhood trauma, abuse and neglect, intimate partner violence, single incident trauma (such as car accident), major life changes, grief and loss, etc.

I became a therapist because:

I love being included in peoples journey of exploring themselves and their lives to help them be the best version of themselves!
