I believe therapy works best when we work together. Using a collaborative, compassionate approach, we'll explore the important areas of your life—including your relationships, family, values, career, and personal experiences—to better understand what's keeping you stuck and create meaningful, lasting change.

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. We will discuss your goals and review your personal, relational, and family history to better understand your experiences and patterns that may be impacting your life or relationships.

My approach is warm, non judgmental, and grounded in emotionally focused therapy and attachment theory. I want clients to feel supported and safe to share honestly and openly. I will challenge when necessary and be direct where there are incongruences. I focus on understanding deeper emotions, needs, and relationship patterns.
