Hi, I’m Colleen, a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping adults navigate emotional, cognitive, and behavioral challenges. Using a warm, collaborative approach, I integrate CBT, mindfulness, and EMDR when appropriate, with a neurodiversity-affirming focus on building communication, confidence, and empowerment.

I specialize in supporting individuals through grief and loss, major life transitions, veteran-related challenges, oncology support, anxiety, depression, caregiving stress, and communication challenges.
