...you don't have to be able to explain it before we start. Most of my clients can't. That's usually the whole reason they're here.

...warm, creative, and easy to be honest with. Kids tell me I'm silly. Parents tell me their kid actually looks forward to coming.

...feel things deeply and haven't found the words yet. Kids, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, big emotions, self-esteem, neurodivergence, and hard experiences they're still carrying.

...I spent years teaching dance and kept noticing the same thing: kids would show me what they were carrying long before they could say it. I wanted to be able to meet them there.

Sessions with me look different depending on who's in the room. Some clients want to talk. Some need to move, draw, or play first. Some need a while before they say much of anything, and that's fine, I don't rush it. I use movement and creative approaches alongside more familiar tools like mindfulness and skills for handling big emotions.
