I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is warm and compassionate with a splash of humor. My goal is to help you move toward a life that feels fulfilling, grounded, and aligned. You can expect a judgment-free space focused on understanding your needs and identifying meaningful next steps.

Together we will talk about what challenges you're facing and what you hope to gain from this process. We will develop a care plan to work through these issues you are navigating. A major goal is to help you make sense of your experiences and strengthen your resilience.

I have extensive experience working with teens and adults navigating traumatic experiences, general anxiety, grief unrelated to death, and the stress of life changes. I also enjoy working with people managing chronic pain/illness (especially as someone who actively experiences chronic pain) and people who want to explore more about who they are and why.

From a young age I had a special interest in understanding why people make the choices that they do. I developed the belief that the more self-awareness people had, the better they can make choices that lead to a genuinely fulfilling life. As a therapist, I get to help people develop that self awareness and find their path to the most fulfilling life.

I believe that our mental wellness is greatly impacted by social structures such as race, class, gender, sexuality, religion, etc. I regularly engage in study and discussion about social justice issues in order to have an informed understanding of myself and our society. I bring this level of curiosity and awareness to the therapy space.
