students, parents and professionals, who are feeling overwhelmed or stuck in their current patterns. I help my clients feel like they can adjust, reset and help them feel less alone as navigate difficult areas of their lives.

I became a therapist because:

I am passionate about seeing people overcome challenges and see themselves change.

I offer direct parent education and support for their children who may be struggling.

More about me and my practice:

I have a solo practitioner practice who offers a very individualized approach and takes the time to get to know each client, so they feel connected in the therapeutic relationship. I will also be offering walk-and-talk/outdoor therapy soon.
