My approach is culturally sensitive and compassionate. My trainings in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Brainspotting allow me the flexibility to customize my approach.

Together, we will work to understand what is keeping you stuck, identify dysfunctional patterns in your relationships, break those patterns, and develop new skills for building healthier relationships with yourself, your partner, and your family.
