My approach is to help clients who are stuck in unhealthy patterns get unstuck so that they can reach their full potential. I like to present each client with new challenges to help move them toward a healthier version of themself. I listen and offer suggestions as each client needs.

Together we will work to retrain your brain. We will move away from unhealthy thought patterns to healthy thought patterns. We will use different techniques to have more positive thought processes.

Friendly and easy to talk to. I am truly interested in finding the best version of each of my clients. I like to have fun with people. I also like to help people ease their way into having difficult conversations.

have anxiety, ADHD, depression and truama. I have several different counseling approaches that work with each of these things and can help you get to a better place. I am certified in EMDR and PCIT. I use the CBT and other methods as well. I will work with you using whatever technique you feel comfortable with.

I have always wanted to help people. When I was younger, I wanted to be a doctor, but I realized I didn't like blood. This was a much better way for me to help heal people.

I have worked in juvenile detention and in adoption/foster care. I have also counseled pregnant women exclusively. I have been working in Community Mental Health for 8 years and have seen people with all kinds of diagnoses. I truly enjoy the work that I do, and find that working one on one with individuals struggling with mental health issues energizes me.
