My approach is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in authenticity. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where clients feel seen and supported. Using CBT, DBT, and ACT, I help clients navigate anxiety, mood, and trauma while fostering growth, balance, and self-acceptance.

Together we will unpack the patterns and experiences that shape how you see yourself and relate to others. Through curiosity and collaboration, we’ll build understanding, strengthen coping skills, and create space for healing. I bring authenticity, gentle humor, and a multicultural lens to support growth and genuine connection.
