I have a very eclectic approach as a therapist drawing on a variety of Evidenced Based therapies to help my clients. I find that having multiple modalities to draw on provides my clients with the most personalized treatment and the greatest opportunity for growth and change. I am an active clinician and engaged during the sessions as clinically indicated.

I specialize in working with women who want to improve some aspect of their lives. You may be stuck in a career you find unfulfilling, have relationship issues, want to be a better parent, dealing with a trauma or are grieving. Sometimes it isn't one thing but a general feeling that things could be better.
