As a first-generation immigrant, I understand the tension of navigating multiple worlds—balancing expectations, cultural identity, responsibility, and the quiet pressure to succeed while staying connected to family and belonging. I wanted to create a space where these experiences are understood and supported with both lived understanding and clinical care.
