My goal is to provide a warm, holistic, and judgement-free space for clients to feel safe and secure in their vulnerability. I serve women who are seeking support in managing anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, self-esteem, life transitions, family issues, and relationship issues.

We will typically use modalities such as CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic and humanistic therapies, along with traditional talk therapy and reflection. I may include supportive reading or writing activities between sessions. We can certainly integrate Christian values into our work together to support progress, awareness and faith.

Clients would say that I am warm, empathetic and encouraging in sessions!
