I practice an eclectic approach to therapy which includes blending modalities like DBT, ACT, and compassion-focused therapy. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you grow into a healed and happier version of yourself.

We'll spend every session exploring the topics, challenges, and situations that you feel are most important and impactful in your life. I like to remind clients that they are in the driver's seat during their sessions.

My therapeutic style is laid back, warm, and eclectic; my top priority is to always provide a space where you feel safe, supported, and heard.

I have particular interest in working with clients that are navigating challenges with body image, depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and identity and values exploration.

I wholeheartedly accept and affirm clients from all walks of life with no exceptions. I firmly believe that therapy is inherently political because our lives are directly impacted by the systems that surround us.
