My work with clients is relationally-based and is most influenced by somatic experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness techniques. I am always learning, so as my understanding of what helps changes, so will our work together.

We will work in a way that feels like peeling layers of an onion, getting to know each layer before moving on the next. Ultimately, you'll have a deep understanding of yourself and your patterns, leading to more control over how those show up.
