I am a therapist who works with individuals seeking clarity, balance, and meaning in their lives. I believe therapy offers a opportunity to pause, reflect, and engage more intentionally with one’s inner world particularly in a culture that often emphasizes productivity and external achievement over emotional well-being and authentic connection.

Together, we examine patterns that may no longer be serving you, deepen self-understanding, and cultivate healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. My approach is grounded in the belief that increased awareness can reduce emotional distress and support lasting personal growth.

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about how past experiences continue to influence their present lives. In my work, I provide a supportive and collaborative space to explore these experiences with curiosity and compassion.
