The goal is for you to feel more grounded, less stuck in your thoughts, and more in control of how you move forward.

I specialize in working with thoughtful, capable people who feel stuck in overthinking, anxiety, or difficult decisions—including relationship questions and infertility. Many are used to managing a lot but feel mentally exhausted and unsure what direction to take.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been interested in how people think and what helps them move forward when they feel stuck. I wanted to build the skills to help people make sense of what they’re experiencing and find a clearer, more manageable way through it.

My work is structured and practical, focused on helping you move forward—not just talk things through. We’ll identify patterns, build tools to manage overwhelming thoughts, and help you approach decisions with more clarity and confidence.
