My approach is integrative, direct, and collaborative - we will work as a team to figure out what works for you. I bring my training and expertise, but you’re “in the driver’s seat” and get to decide what you want to focus on. I am trained in various modalities of therapy so that we can integrate the ones that you prefer.

Explore the ways you’ve survived and coped, and figure out if those strategies still work, or if some of them are getting in the way of what you want. We’ll get curious about how you show up in your relationships, and how you show up in relation to yourself. For those who desire this, we will process past trauma in a way that feels safe and affirming to you.

Laid back, warm, informal, welcoming of humor, and “just myself.” Having a strong relationship with my clients is my top priority. I aways strive to be my most honest and real self so that you know exactly who is in the room with you.
