I became a therapist because I understand how hard it can be to carry challenges alone before seeking help. My own experiences taught me the value of support, and I feel honored to provide others with the safe, caring space I once needed to find healing and growth.

I offer flexible virtual appointments with current openings during daytime hours (10–3) and some weekends. Outside of work, I enjoy time in nature and with my pets—my golden retriever, Hank, and my fluffy cat, Gizmo, who may even make appearances in sessions!
