Something to know about my approach is:

I am trained in Brainspotting, level 2, this is my most used technique. This is a focused mindfulness using a fixed eye position that is gentle and powerful. This takes therapy to a somatic/body based approach, as talk therapy is not always enough.

Together, we will:

discuss how your life is going and help identify how you'd like to feel, discuss progress, and if you are getting value from our sessions. I will ask a lot of questions, and will not give you the answers, but will help you find them.

I specialize in working with people who:

have trauma that is holding them back from reaching their potential, have doubts about their abilities, feel easily overwhelmed, isn't sure what is really wrong.

I became a therapist because:

after healing my trauma, I was able to finally live a more fulfilling life, and I enjoy helping others create a satisfying life.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am telehealth only, which I find is convenient for my and my client's lifestyles. No commute, and come as you are.

I typically meet with new clients weekly, however I defer to you as a client to decide how often you'd like to be seen. I want to help you make necessary changes so that you can enjoying your life as fully as possible.
