I am open minded, believes in manifestation and the power positive belief. I show up in a casual, relaxed way and encourage you to do the same.
I am trained in Brainspotting, this is my most used technique. This is gentle focused mindfulness using a fixed eye position that is gentle and takes therapy to a somatic/body based approach, as talk therapy is not always enough.
talk about why you are here, what matters to you and help you identify how you'd like to feel, discuss progress, and if you are getting value from our sessions. I will do my best to not give you my answers, but will help you find your own.
have doubts about their abilities, feel easily overwhelmed, who aren't sure what is really wrong, but want to figure it out finally and are open to talking about it, and maybe doing a bit more than just talking, willing to learn some new skills.
I want to help others have a more meaningful, purposeful, and fulfilled life. And explore what that could look like, and hold space for that.
I live in a very remote area, and I love living in nature. I am telehealth only. The commute is long and daunting, it's possible...but not practical
I meet with new clients weekly to start, however I defer to you as a client to decide how often you need to be seen. I want to help you make necessary changes at a pace that you set so that you can feel safe while doing the work
