I do traditional talk therapy, Somatic Experiencing for Complex PTSD, and Jungian dream work. I may use a combination of these approaches depending on what works best for you and the issues that you want to work on. Psychotherapy should help you experience relief from emotional pain, anxiety, depression and the results of trauma or abuse. I see couples also.
