Therapy is very personal and requires vulnerability. Trusting your therapist is an important part of this process. Its important for me to develop an atmosphere where you feel comfortable to start your healing journey. My approach begins with being client centered, strength based, warm but firm, in our work together to ensure you reach your desired goals.

start with CBT to dismantle the "perfectionist" scripts that fuel your anxiety. When emotions feel heavy, I offer DBT tools, like mindfulness and distress tolerance, to help you regulate without shutting down. We then use Narrative Therapy to strip away external "shoulds," empowering you to rewrite your story and live with authentic purpose.
