Natalia Villa Hernandez

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and grounded in attachment and relational work. I strive to create a supportive, affirming space where all people—and all parts of each person—are welcome. I integrate evidence-based therapies with parts and inner child work to help clients understand patterns, support healing and develop more secure connections.

Starting therapy can feel like a meaningful and sometimes vulnerable step. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where you feel understood as we explore your experiences and move toward healing and growth together, at a pace that feels safe and right for you.

Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. Many also share that they appreciate my depth and skill in working with trauma and complex experiences. I strive to create a space where people feel safe, understood, and supported while we explore patterns and move toward healing.

My experiences with trauma, multicultural differences, and the journey of healing from trauma make me a compassionate healer for others who have experienced trauma of any type. I work with individuals or couples who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationships, confidence, trusting yourself or people.

I became a therapist out of a deep curiosity about how people grow, adapt, and make sense of their experiences. I've always been interested in human development and the ways individuals navigate life differently. My experiences with trauma and multicultural environments shaped my desire to understand people at a deeper level and support meaningful change.

Outside of my clinical work, I'm a mother of two boys who enjoys the outdoors and a sense of adventure. I value curiosity, thoughtfulness, and depth in my work. Growing up with a diverse background shaped my appreciation for culture and identity. I'm passionate about trauma and relational healing and teach clinicians at Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown.
