I love working with adults/teens who are self-aware but still stuck in painful patterns. Who feel things intensely and struggle with emotional balance. Who can't get their mind to calm down or their thoughts to stop racing. Healing, growth, and inner calm are possible. I am specifically trained in trauma-informed care, DBT, CBT, and gender-affirming care.

I know reaching out can feel scary. I have worked with many people who were unsure about starting therapy and/or skeptical that it could even help. While healing isn't linear (plateaus and setbacks are part of the process), most of my clients do report benefitting from therapy in the short- and long-term.
