I often use Solution Focused Therapy in my practice. In our first session, we will explore your present concern and then decide the best ways for you to make progress. (SFT) is a psychotherapy approach that focus on empowering individuals to identify and build their strengths and resources to achieve their desired goal.

Together we will work together to manage your concerns, and hopefully, improve your quality of life. I believe in meeting you, the client where you are. In every session the focus will be on doing what is best for you. Lets partner together to change your now into managing results for a better future.
