My approach is grounded in our shared humanity. Nobody has all the answers, and therapy can be a helpful place to explore & create what you want out of this human experience. That might include talking about "the problems," your identity, your values, your relationships, your family, and your culture. How might I help you make meaning of these experiences?

Together we will... explore the next best step. Some problems are within our control and many aren't. So what is the next best choice you have that's based in your values? My hope is to explore whatever you are going through and where you would like to go from here. This is a collaborative process.
