My approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Together, we will gently explore life's challenges, uncover strengths, build resilience, and foster healing, self-compassion, and lasting growth at a pace that feels right for you.

My clients describe me as someone who is soft spoken and warm. Someone who is very empathetic and grounding for them. Someone who really cares and is nonjudgmental. Someone who wants to do the work alongside them and wants the best for them.

I specialize in working with children 5 and up through play therapy. Peer concerns, bullying, self esteem issues, behavioral concerns. I also work with women, teens and couples who have experienced trauma, grief, self esteem, belonging wounds, family estrangement, infertility, OCD, complex trauma, narcissistic abuse, acculturation, diaspora and elderly.

I became a therapist because I believe that people deserve a place where they feel truly seen, heard and valued. I am drawn to walking alongside people as they heal from life's deepest wounds-trauma, rejection, grief, family pain, cultural experiences, and struggles with self-worth- so they can rediscover hope and become who they were always meant to be.
