Sometimes we laugh, other times we cry. You are welcome, as you are, because that’s the foundation for embodied recovery. I intentionally weave experiential modalities with holistic practices and a body-inclusive framework to support you in stepping out of a cycle of self-criticism and into self-trust, giving your body a voice when words feel out of reach.

Be a little messy and a lot a bit human. I find it powerful to name the different parts of you (or voices in your head) and build up the authentic human part of yourself that embodies your recovery and resilience. And because a grounded relationship with yourself includes your body, we’ll also explore what it means to trust, listen to, and nourish your body.

Gentle yet authentic and will call out BS in a comfy cozy way.
