My goal is to help you gain awareness of yourself to change your usual patterns. With attachment theory, holistic approaches, and IFS, you will be able to learn yourself deeper to make lasting change, develop self love, and improve relationships.

We will explore any and all concerns you’re having with life, even the areas you feel stuck in, to make intentional change. Life can be challenging and all forms of relationships can be hard, but you do not have to do it alone. I can help.
