Clients would describe me as warm, calm, and easy to talk to. They would say I create a space where they feel safe, understood, and not judged. My goal is for clients to feel heard, supported, and encouraged as they work toward meaningful change.

I specialize in working with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next steps. Many are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or questions about identity, purpose, and direction, and want support making meaningful, lasting changes.

I became a therapist because I’m deeply passionate about supporting others through difficult life changes and emotional seasons. Growing up with a mother in child protective services, I saw how meaningful it is to show up, listen, and help people feel seen, understood, and supported during some of life’s hardest moments.
