Something to know about my approach is that I use play techniques and trauma-informed, relationship-based skills to help kids, teens, and adults find calm, confidence, and connection. Through creativity, compassion, and collaboration, I help clients express emotions, build coping skills, and strengthen resilience.

Together we will create a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, understand your experiences, and build tools for healing and growth. Through curiosity, creativity, and compassion, we’ll strengthen resilience, foster self-confidence, and move toward lasting change and connection.
