I am straightforward and will give you feedback and help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences more deeply (when you're ready). If you're looking for someone who just listens and nods.... I am not the therapist for you. If you're looking for someone who will hear what you have to say and push you when you need it, you're in the right place.

sort through the things that brought you to the place you're in today and work to move towards the life you want to be living. It's not easy to deal with the hard things that have happened in life and it's even harder to make changes in the ways you've always seen, done, or perceived things, but I'll be there to support you and challenge you along the way.

relaxed and informal. I believe therapy is a place for laughter as much as it is a place for sadness, anger, anxiety, and every emotion that might be bringing you to this space. Sometimes, you just need to vent, and sometimes I might point out that you've been venting about the same situation for a while, so perhaps we should look further into that, hmmm?

Most of my clients fall into one of three categories: LGBTQIA+, perfectionists, and/or people dealing with religious trauma. High functioning anxiety is common among my clients, and it's difficult to navigate on your own because it is often part of what's pushing you to be so high performing - it just might also be making you hate your job, life, etc.
