I have a passion for challenges in pregnancy, infertility, and post partum care as well as life challenges, attachment issues, and generational trauma healing.

I believe in the power of being seen and heard. I've witnessed how much we silently carry, the pressure we put on ourselves to hold everything together, and the grief we refuse to talk about for fear of how much it may hurt. Therapy impacted my own life, and now I get to be a support for others like my therapists were for me.
